Transforming Together, Global Employee Offsite

Align and energize PepsiCo’s global employee community during a period of transformation, creating shared purpose around the company’s pep+ strategy while celebrating progress and inspiring momentum across markets.

The Challenge

A five-day global employee offsite in Dubai for 500 team members representing regions, functions, and brands across the business. We led end-to-end design and production, including strategic agenda development, leadership keynotes, interactive brand showcases, and breakout sessions focused on collaboration and best-practice sharing. The experience also integrated cultural immersion and team-building, sustainability and innovation storytelling aligned to pep+ goals, and professional videography and photography supported by a post-event content hub.

How we did it

The offsite drove measurable impact across alignment and engagement: 96% of participants reported increased pride in working for PepsiCo, attendee engagement scores increased 28%, and the collaboration launched during the event resulted in 14 new innovation partnerships within six months.
