Across multiple engagements, we supported boards and investors in defining leadership gaps, redesigning organisational structures and conducting discreet searches for critical C Suite roles and regional leadership positions. The work required careful calibration of organisational design, founder dynamics and long-term company strategy.
The Challenge
Working closely with founders and investors, we mapped leadership capability against the company’s next phase of growth and clarified mandates for new executive roles. Targeted search strategies combined operator-led referrals with curated candidate networks across relevant industries. Searches were conducted with high levels of discretion, particularly where leadership structures were evolving alongside fundraising or international expansion. Across multiple engagements this resulted in successful C-suite placements, clearer organisational design and leadership teams better aligned with the scale and complexity of the companies’ next stage of growth.
