The Challenge
An invitation-only, three-day founder retreat designed to strengthen relationships, build trust, and deliver meaningful strategic value. We led end-to-end planning and production, including a curated agenda blending peer discussion, expert insight, and reflection. The experience featured small-group sessions and facilitated problem-solving, supported by ultra-discreet hospitality and logistics at a private oceanfront estate. We also developed decision-making frameworks and post-event community touchpoints to extend relationships beyond the retreat.
